Come Work With Us

Want to swim with the Sharks?

Working at ClockShark can be one of the most rewarding experiences of your entire career.

Or it could be the most miserable.

We have a very particular set of philosophies about how to run a business, serve our customers and treat our employees. These philosophies impact all of our processes and guide our culture.

If you agree with how we do things, working at ClockShark will be awesome! If you don't, it may not be a great experience. We know we are not for everyone, and that's OK. Let us explain a little about what makes us tick, and if you like what you hear, we'd love to hear from you.

Time Tracking? Really?

Absolutely! Outside of knowing your trade, accurate time tracking and scheduling are the most important aspects of construction and field service businesses. Without them, employees may not get paid correctly, clients may be over billed, and projects may not get completed on time! For our customers, this is life or death.

We know that every hour we save customers from collecting and dealing with paper timesheets, or trying to get last minute schedule changes to their workforce, is an hour they can spend serving their customers and growing their businesses.

If getting up every day and helping some of the hardest working men and women on the planet become more successful sounds like fun to you, keep reading.

Got it. So why the shark?

Are you kidding me? Because sharks are awesome! They have spent the last few million years becoming quite possibly the coolest living thing on the planet.

As humans with our fancy cities and technology, we like to think we are at the top of the food-chain. Go jump in a tank full of hungry sharks and see who's really running things.

Besides, if a shark tells you to be on time, you probably will be! 😃

ClockShark's core behavioral traits.

Humility

By working together we can accomplish more, and generate better ideas than we can alone. To do that, we need everyone's thoughts. Everyone has a voice. Everyone is heard. Giant egos with all the answers need not apply.

Integrity

Lying and cheating are no way to get ahead. We believe in doing honest, fair work, that benefits our customers, employees, and our business.

Unconditional Responsibility

We are lean and fast and growing by leaps and bounds. We don't have time to make excuses and dwell on who is to blame. If you are hired it's because we believe you have good judgment. Use it. Jump in. Get stuff done.

So. Are you in?
