Which payment methods does ClockShark accept?

ClockShark accepts the following forms of payment: 

Debit or Credit Card

The best way to know if your card will be accepted is if you can see one of these symbols in the bottom front corner of your debit or credit card! 💳

Bank Account (US only)

You can now pay your ClockShark account with your business or personal bank account details using the ACH* method!

Here is the following information that they will need: 

Name on account
Account type (Individual or Company)
Routing Number
Account Number
Confirmed account number
Billing Address associated with the account 

What happens next? 

Here are the next steps to follow: 

  1. Once you have sent in your bank details to ClockShark, the system will go through a verifying process! 😃 ClockShark will send two micro-deposits into your account, you will need to verify these deposits! 💸
  2. Share those two amounts with one of our SharkSupport team members, and we can get the finalizing steps ready for you! Once this process is complete and we can match the micro-deposits, the account is ready for payment processing! 
  3. ACH payments take up to 5 business days to receive acknowledgment of their success or failure. Because of this, ACH payments take up to 7 business days to be reflected in your available ClockShark balance.

*ACH - The automated clearing house (ACH) is an electronic funds-transfer system that facilitates payments in the U.S.

How can I cancel my ClockShark subscription?

We hate to see you go, but if you need to cancel your account and end your subscription, all you need to do is get in touch with our customer support team through the phone, email or chat.
